Paper Made Easy

Since its creation in 1996 the client had built their business on years of hard work, great customer service and a quality product - their well earned reputation spreading purely by word of mouth. Looking to become more competitive within the industry, Direct Paper sought a new brand identity that would communicate it's unique offerings and the associated materials to re-introduce it to the market.

CHALLENGE

In order to ensure that they did not alienate their existing customer base or lose their solid reputation, Direct Paper required the company name to remain the same, and were seeking a bold yet modern logo that was not too far removed from their existing branding.

SOLUTION

Gloss Design created a series of materials to help Direct Paper share their new brand with printing and design studios. This included a new brand mark, brand guides, stationary, labels, signage, paper swatch books and a packaging kit.

"We were very impressed by how the team understood our brief, and responded to our feedback so promptly and accurately throughout the process. Gloss arranged regular meetings to present us with options at every step of the journey, which gave us an opportunity to work collaboratively on our ideas.
Since the re-brand we have engaged Gloss for several other projects and they continue to go above and beyond and have never let us down with the quality of work produced including attention to detail, the service provided and with meeting our tight-timelines. We look forward to continuing our relationship with the Gloss team in the future."
