Spencer & Rutherford

Spencer & Rutherford is an Australian fashion label that creates inspiring and unique handbags and accessories.

After designing a bag as a promotional item for a client, graphic designer (at the time) Kim was captured by the world of fashion and decided to create a business that filled a gap within the industry. Designing original and bold handbags and accessories that are produced in minimal quantities.

She believed that there was (and still is) a need for accessories that adhere to womens individual personalities; products that remain playful, functional, inspiring and that sit outside the box away from a mass produced market.

 

CHALLENGE

Spencer & Rutherford required a brand identity that would communicate it’s unique positioning, and the associated materials to continue to market it towards their loyal and ever growing fan base. 
The client also required ongoing management and design for their social pages, website, display advertising, eDMs, catalogues and marketing campaigns.

SOLUTION

Gloss Design developed a variety of solutions to help the brand roll out it's identity across multiple platforms, helping it to maintain a loyal following and continue expanding it's offerings. 

Gloss continues to manage Spencer & Rutherford's  website, social pages and marketing campaigns.
