How do you create that all important lead for new customers? Targeting potential customers within your immediate area that are more likely to return on a regular basis. This was Kwik Kopy William Street's question posed to us upon initial briefing. 

CHALLENGE

Having inherited a bad reputation from a previous owner, Kwik Kopy William Street wanted to reestablish their relationship with potential past and new customers in their immediate surrounding area. They also aimed to increase their customer database and drive foot traffic into the store.

SOLUTION

Gloss Design created a flyer, that displayed an approachable and positive tone of voice. A quirky and fun illustration that was welcoming and targeted every Melbournian's weakness - coffee. Offering a free coffee (from a local cafe) and a free print consultation, in return for their contact details. As a result the client's database increased, and they were able to generate high quality leads.
